During our trip to Quintana Roo, Mexico in the spring of ’22, we had the pleasure of savoring local delicacies and beverages while exploring breathtaking destinations.
One morning, as we indulged in our morning coffee routine (slightly hungover), one of us noted the subtle taste of Mexican coffee. The others joked, “Why not add some Mexican peppers to spice things up?” And just like that, the idea for our signature spiced-up drinks was born.

A trip to the grocery store provided us with a plethora of ingredients that we loved and believed would enhance the flavor of our creation.
